   Some additional background information on Ms. Jaras
Ms. Jaras has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis programming and providing direct services to children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder for 6 years. She began as a lead intervention specialist at The Rich Center for Autism in Youngstown Ohio, and then took a lead therapist position at ACE Academy in Wickliffe Ohio. After a year with ACE she was promoted to the position of Assistant Director. ACE Academy, unfortunately, had to close due to financial circumstances.
Nikki has Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and a Psychology Minor. She has accumulated 21 hours of graduate level coursework in Special Education and Autism (12 hours were spent in "lab" on site at a center for autism providing direct services to kids with ASD as her field experience). She is currently in a graduate program obtaining a MS in psychology and BCBA certification (board certified behavior analyst).
BB4autism employs a BCBA as a consultant for BB4autism who has her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and her BCBA (board certified behavior analyst). She serves as a consultant for Ms. Jaras and aides in program development, and supervision.
